Law firm focused solely on representing victims of medical malpractice and nursing home neglect or abuse seeking a Litigation Paralegal.  Provide litigation and discovery support, including: Communication with clients, attorneys, and court staff; preparing and sending written and electronic correspondence; preparing pleadings; discovery responses; deposition notices and other legal documents; electronically filing pleadings; coordination with clients and records team for document collection and production; assist in arbitration and trial preparation; provide caseload management; coordinate and handle deposition process; assist in updates to litigation support database; and assist in file maintenance.
