Small established law firm with less than 10 lawyers is seeking a skilled personal injury and wrongful death paralegal to join our team.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting two attorneys in managing personal injury and wrongful death cases from start to finish.  Responsibilities: Draft, prepare and file legal documents; manage client files including gathering and organizing documentation; communicate with clients and other parties involved in the case including insurance adjusters and medical professionals; schedule appointments and court hearings on behalf of attorneys; legal research and provide summaries to attorneys; and prepare for and attend depositions and hearings if needed.
