Mary L. DePrez is the Director and Counsel for Trial Court Technology for the Judicial Technology and Automation Committee (JTAC) of the Indiana Supreme Court. Ms. DePrez joined JTAC January 2005. Her responsibilities include the implementation of a statewide court case management system for Indiana trial courts. She was previously Commissioner of the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles, and was responsible for implementing Saturday hours in all license branches throughout the state. She was a trial court judge in Shelby County for six years and also worked as an IV-D deputy prosecutor. Her other government posts include serving as the Deputy State Health Commissioner, Deputy and Special Counsel at FSSA and Chairperson of the Alcohol and Tobacco Commission. Mary received her J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and holds a B.A. in Psychology.
