We are pleased to present this half-day seminar on Litigating Family Law Matters.   This seminar will be will cover the topics of enhancing your litigation skills in family law matters.  The speaker will be Brian K. Zoeller, a Partner at Cohen & Malad, LLP

8:30 – 10:15 a.m. Marital Balance Sheet -- What is it and how should it be used? What should be included?

Discovery in Family Law -- Covering Interrogatories, Requests for Production, Requests for Admission and Depositions. Topics include financial information, custody issues, bank accounts, retirement accounts and assets

Break: 10:15 – 10:30 a.m.

10:30 – 12:00 p.m. Mediation/Trial in Family Law -- This will cover confidential mediation statements and preparation of exhibits

After the Case Concludes -- When to close the file and wrapping up family law matters
