In‑person reservations and cancellations must be received by Tuesday, August 18, 2026. Cancellations received by noon on June 16 will receive a full refund. Cancellations received after that time will remain subject to payment. IPA does not derive any profit from meeting costs. Food and/or seating cannot be guaranteed for late in‑person reservations. Reservations to attend via Zoom may be made up to the start time of the event.
