Rule 26(f) Conferences: Best Practices for Paralegals

The importance and successful navigation of Rule 26(f) conferences is not something to be taken lightly.  Too often, these conferences are overlooked or conducted without sufficient data management knowledge resulting in agreements that lead to unnecessary work and increased costs. Properly navigating a 26(f) conference is a big opportunity for law firms to best represent their clients from an eDiscovery standpoint.
