John Cento has in-depth knowledge in the field of credit reporting law. For more than six years collectively, John defended two of the three national consumer reporting agencies (also known as credit reporting agencies or credit bureaus) - Trans Union and Equifax against consumer law suits brought under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. John now focuses his practice exclusively on representing consumers against these agencies and against any company that furnishes inaccurate credit information to these agencies about consumers. John has litigated cases under the Fair Credit Reporting Act in numerous states across the country, including Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Minnesota, Wisconsin, California, Florida, New York, Hawaii, Illinois, Oregon, and Washington and has taken consumer cases to trial in California, Michigan, and Wisconsin. Click here for more of Mr. Cento's biography.
