Topic: Soft Skills, Hard Impact: Developing our Leadership & Influence
Colin May
Senior Advisor of the HUD OIG Office of Investigation
Paralegals are often at the heart of teams of attorneys, accountants, auditors, financial advisors, analysts, consultants, business professionals, and other experts. Engaging our "soft skills," such as leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence, will help bring us better results and make us more influential and valuable on a team. In this presentation, paralegals will learn several research-proven frameworks to help them as they navigate these challenging areas. Using the lens of strategic career development, this presentation will enable paralegals to enhance their skillsets and become a professional of influence in their work.
