Tamatha A. Stevens

Tamatha A. Stevens is founding partner of Stevens & Associates, PC.   She is a 1992 graduate of Indiana University School of Law and has spent her career focused in estate planning, elder law, special needs, family corporate, and a touch of equine law.  She is a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation and is Accredited by the Department of Veteran Affairs.  She is dedicated to protecting clients’ interests in the event of death, disability, or long-term care, and assists families with Medicaid, Veterans benefits and end of life planning.  She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and Indiana NAELA, Indiana and Indianapolis Bar Associations, Estate Planning Council of Indianapolis, and numerous other professional organizations.  Tammy is admitted to practice law before the United States Supreme Court, the Indiana Supreme Court, Federal Tax Court, Federal Claims Court, and the United States District Courts in Indiana.  Tammy has actively served on numerous charitable boards over the years and is currently actively involved with Joy’s House and the Indianapolis Zoological Society Planned Giving.

Tammy is a member of Northview Church in Carmel, Indiana, an avid aspiring equestrian, loves reading and just about anything outdoors and is an admitted terrible cook.  She is also the proud mother to a daughter, Ava, who attends Butler University and swears she is not going into the field of law.
