Tollie Windham

Topic:  The Paralegal's Alchemy to Overcoming Overwhelm, Stress

and Anxiety in the Work Place and Beyond

Tollie is a senior paralegal with over 35 years of combined plaintiff and defense litigation experience.  Her passion for the paralegal profession began early in life and continues to this day.  She has a zest for learning and the paralegal profession certainly satisfies her appetite for serving others.  She has worked on a variety of cases from the early days of worker’s compensation, premises liability, auto accidents, numerous and diverse product liability claims, Title VII employment discrimination and first party insurance disputes.  There is no storm in life that Tollie hasn’t experienced whether in the legal profession or personally in her own life. 

Tollie is also an experienced coach, speaker and trainer for the John Maxwell Team.  Her favorite area of expertise is consulting and using the DISC behavior profile analysis with emphasis on developing leadership and effective team building and communication skills.  She also incorporates her certification as a yoga instructor to demonstrate stress release and breathing techniques as part of her team leadership teachings.

She is the mother of two happily married children with families of their own.  She has 6 grandchildren.  She resides in Houston, Texas with her yellow lab named Bella. 

Tollie is a perpetual student of life and will quickly admit that steadily reaching beyond her comfort zone is her desired performance level.
