This presentation will review various resources that can provide valuable information for locating witnesses, conducting asset research, developing profiles for defendants and plaintiffs, gathering pre-litigation intelligence and much more!

Dean Boerger is the Founder & Chief Investigator of Boerger Investigative Services, LLC who actively manages and conducts investigations on behalf of his clients.  Dean has always focused on client relations and communications.  At the beginning of each assignment, he will personally review your goals and objectives, outline a case strategy and follow-up with regular progress reports during the case handling.  

Dean has also worked court appointed criminal cases involving rape, murder, arson and burglary.  Dean was the lead investigator on a notable criminal case - State of Texas v. Penton.  Dean has had numerous investigative articles published; been interviewed on local and national television and radio; is a frequent speaker on investigative topics.  Dean served 10 years in the U.S. Army as a Combat Medic.  Dean was an Investigator for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management - Federal Investigative Services. 

FUN FACT - Dean was featured on the Hit A &E Television Series "Paranormal State" as an investigation expert involving a double homicide.
