Julie Mennel has worked in numerous capacities with the Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic since 2009.  Julie joined Project GRACE several years ago and currently serves as the Manager of the Expungement Help Desk located in the City County Building (Marion). In this role she manages a volunteer staff working with individuals seeking to pursue expungement of their criminal record pro se. 3,715 individuals visited the Help Desk in 2019 with 1,267 being prepared to file for expungement relief.  Julie received a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University followed by a graduate degree from Indiana University.
