Cell Phone Evidence in Civil Litigation
Cell Phone Evidence in Civil Litigation explores the use of cell phone records and the forensic examination of mobile devices in civil cases. This session will cover how to obtain cell phone evidence, what evidence is available from cell phones, and some examples of cases where cell phone evidence proved to be valuable.

Benjamin Bierce consults with attorneys engaged in civil litigation through Revelation Cellular Forensics and is a Detective with the Franklin (IN) police department where he specializes in digital forensics. Bierce is a retired Special Agent with the US Army Criminal Investigation Division and a former Detective with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department. Bierce has testified as an expert witness for cell phone evidence in 28 trials.
