State Sen. Aaron Freeman has represented Senate District 32 since his election in 2016. Senate District 32 includes the Southeast portion of Marion County. Freeman is a member of the Senate Committees on Civil Law, Corrections and Criminal Law, Education, and Career Development, and Judiciary. Outside the Senate, he serves as an attorney in his law office, Aaron Freeman Law Office LLC. He received his bachelor’s degree from Bradley University and Juris Doctor degree from the University of Dayton School of Law. Freeman previously was a Marion County Deputy Prosecuting Attorney and served for six years on the Indianapolis City-County Council. Freeman is a current Precinct Committeeman in Franklin Township and serves as the Chairman of the Franklin Township GOP Club. Freeman is married to the love of his life, Heather, and they have two young boys. He is a passionate Notre Dame Football fan and loves Indy Car racing.
