The Role of a Paralegal Generally and Relating to a Large Bankruptcy Case

ITT Educational Services Inc. began liquidation proceedings in an Indianapolis bankruptcy court on September 16, 2016.  In two weeks, ITT collapsed from 8,000 employees, 40,000 students, and 138 locations to just 5 employees.  Deborah Caruso was appointed trustee of the ITT estate by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
