Oral Argument at the Indiana Court of Appeals

The Indiana Court of Appeals has once again invited all IPA members to attend an Oral Argument on Tuesday, April 27, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. at the Indiana Supreme Court Courtroom (200 W. Washington Street/3rd floor).  Those IPA members attending will receive 1.0 hour of CLE credit.  Presiding Judge will be Chief Judge John G. Baker and others. The Judges have volunteered to conduct this Oral Argument for IPA.  Let’s have a strong showing of IPA members.  This is a great opportunity for our membership.  IPA will receive a copy of the opinion once it is handed down.

The Court has not yet determined which case will be heard; however, we will be able to obtain briefs or the Case at a Glance materials prior to the Oral Argument.

Those attending can enter from the East or West doors (off Market or Senate Avenue).  Everyone will need to go through the metal detectors.  ID is not required; however, it can't hurt to have it with you.
