November Litigation Section Lunch & Learn

The Litigation Section hosts monthly meetings offering both in person and Teams attendance. 

There is no fee for this meeting as it is a benefit of your IPA membership! 

Meetings are held at Noon EDT on the 2nd Wednesday of each month.

November's Meeting will be on eDiscovery! 

eDiscovery is seen by many litigators and paralegals as expensive and intimidating, and vendors are addicted to acronyms and buzzwords that no one understands (TAR! CAL! AI! Elusion testing!)

In this meeting modeled on a Reddit AMA (“Ask Me Anything”), Proteus will briefly introduce themselves and turn the floor over to IPA members. Think of this as your opportunity to give a vendor “truth serum,” and ask about your frustrations, headaches, or confusion.

Ray Biederman (Co-Founder, CEO) and Ryan Short (Vice President, Revenue) will answer questions about topics including collecting data from cloud or mobile devices, challenging file types, all the different document review software options, software and services pricing models, and more.

Come with questions and leave with the knowledge you need to deliver defensible, affordable results.
