Deferral Program Coordinator Hamilton County municipality
seeks full-time paralegal with at least three years of legal and/or
office experience to coordinate its Traffic Deferral Program (which
allows eligible traffic offenders to have their violations dismissed
in exchange for successful completion of the program requirements).
Responsibilities include explaining (by phone or in person) the
deferral program to individuals who have committed an ordinance
violation, acquiring information necessary for the City Attorney to
determine program eligibility, enrolling eligible individuals in the
program, collecting fees, and processing and maintaining all
necessary paperwork. Requires ability to: operate a personal
computer using Word and other Microsoft Office applications; respect
and maintain strict confidentiality of highly sensitive data;
accurately record, process and deliver information; follow detailed
